sound card not regonised?

basically im running an audigy 4, that has been working great for about 6 months, suddenly its not regonised, ive re inserted in into the only PCI slot in the shuttle

card isnt regonised still

ive unistalled drivers but to no avail

any ideas

Have you tried it in another computer?
