Hey peeps :D

So I've come to the decision that I'm going to upgrade my mic, now I don't really know that much about sound etc. so excuse me if I get something wrong haha. The plan was to get the famous Blue Yeti microphone, its been out for years and seems like a very decent mic. On the other hand an idea popped into my head about getting a sound card, currently I'm just using the on board audio jacks through my motherboard (MSI Gaming 5 MOBO), also I have a pair of Sennheiser G4ME ZERO's, the mic is no slouch at all, but it isn't perfect which unfortunately is what I always want haha, so there definitely not shabby even with the on board audio, I've just gotten to the point where I want to get my set up perfect and am torn between to get and new mic or sound card.

Also if you do suggest a sound card I'm looking for it too be around the same price of the Yeti if possible, about £100.

Thanks for reading and I look forward to hearing from you guys :D

You seem to hav edone your research but the following is worth mentioning just in case:

Blue Yeti is a very sensitive mic so dependent on your environment and what you intend to use it for (i.e. teamspeak vs streaming), the blue yeti might not be for you.

Are you saying your using game zeros without a soundcard?

They are 150ohm headphones and need an amp
