Right this morning i have recieved my soundcard, a Asus Xonar DG PCI card,

So i was installing it, before i did anything i uninstalled my onboard sound drivers, then retarted windows (vista 64 HP) and went into bios and disabled my onboard sound, then i turned the machine off, unplugged everything and physically installed the card, it was a tight fit under my graphics card, but i manged to get it in without too much trouble, then i restarted, this is where the problems begin, if anyone has a asus (p6t deluxe) Mobo you know you get all the marvell sas, express gate stuff before it goes into windows, well ive had that disabled for ages now so it just boots up, shows the post screen then loads into windows, well this as magically reappered, the post screen says my cmos time and date arent set and cant detect my Saitek (usb) cyborg keyboard, so i cant get into the bios, but my mouse which is usb still works and as soon as i have taken the card out the express gate stuff and all that is still there like my bios as somehow reset itself (in which case i can just disable again all the jazzy stuff), but it loads into windows and my keyboard works as normal

Does anyone have any suggestions?
I hope ive explained myself properly :(

edit:: when the card is in, my machine still loads windows up btw, im presuming windows will work as normal, but my keyboard wont work so cant go into it.
