Sound Card Stress Testing??

is there any software out there that can fully test a soundcard, makes sure its stable, not overheating etc

Unlike video cards with their vast GPUs and bags o' RAM, sound cards don't really get stressed in the same way.

I've never had one running hot and disrupting anything AFAIK.

Chances are you won't find any software to stress test your sound card as it's probably not needed.

Some cards with built in effects might act differently, but I've never heard of one causing a problem...

You can get software to test speaker placement and other stuff like that if you're dying to fiddle though
