Sound Card With Optical Out!!!

Hello All

I have come back to the pros to ask if anyone can help me out.

I have a PANASONIC SC-PT850EBK Home Cinema System and i want to use the 5.1 on it whilst watching HD moves through my pc onto my panasonic PZ70 50" plasma.

Well i can see the home cinema has optical in on it and what i want to know is what would be the best sound card for me to buy to put in my pc to connect it to the home cinema i have a budget of maybe £50 but i also need about an 8m optical lead to get as well.

I just need you pros to tell me the best sound card to get with optical out on it and will it work ok on the 5.1
