Sound card with phono out?

Which sound cards have phono out as well as 3.5mm jack? I'll be using it to connect to my tv.

use any soundcard just get the right cable.

mono or stereo jack to phono cables really cheap and easy to get, one is often supplied with retail soundcards.

my sound card has phonos in and out but no 3.5mm jacks.

just get a 3.5mm > 2 x phono adapter?
