Sound crackling in full screen flash playback?

I'm not sure quite what it is, but in firefox when I go to full screen on a flash video now there is a noticable and irritating difference in sound quality, manifesting itself in almost continuous pops and crackles with the sound, rendering most footage unwatchable. I'm going off of an integrated sound card and running Window 7 Ultimate 64bit on the latest Firefox with all drivers up to date. I'm listening through my G35's at the moment.

Anyone had anything like this before and know of a fix?

are u using a low spec computer?

Intel i7 920 @ 4 Ghz, 6Gb Corsair DDR3 and a 5870, so no

ok it may only be happening through the USB, as using my goldring's from the from 3.5mm jack it seems to work fine, so it may be a logitech driver issue, the goldring's are a temporary solution but not ideal, so if it being a USB/Logitech driver problem helps with any fixes there you go
