Hey guys i know this will probably seem hugely trivial so im really very sorry in advance.

Im in a bit of a mad rush here, but ill be as specific as i can, my sister bought a pc from mesh ages and ages ago, recently its been lagging like hell so i nipped round to format it. Took a note of the gfx / network drivers etc, downloaded them onto a pendrive, did the format installed xp and everything and its all lovely...except for one thing

I forgot the sound drivers :D

i checked device manager and it has "audio device on high definition audio bus" as the yellow ! flag. I know its a mesh pc and i know i should be using the serial code to login to mesh customer support to download their software however my sister isnt the brightest as far as pc's are concerned and it would appear she "ripped that thing off" (the serial code sticker) the day she got it (like 4 years ago). Can anybody please please give me any advice on how to find out what drivers i need and where i can download them from pleaseeeeeeee.

Small update, i ran the intel driver update utility, and i get "This device is unknown or unsupported. Please contact the manufacturer for possible updates. More information>> "

is there any other way i can find out the audio device without having to loginto mesh's customer support?

If you can find out what the motherboard is (i think CPUZ has a motherboard tab that can tell you), then you can find out what sound its using, so you can get the correct drivers.
