Sound Help

I have no idea whats going on, i have speakers plugged in to the back of my PC and i also have speakers in my monitor. i set the external speakers to default however everything i play through chrome is going out of another option called realtek digital output. which is giving me no sound. could someone please help me.screenshot

Right click the device you want the sound to go to and set it as the default device.
Edit, forgot to add, set it to a different output first. IE, set it to the Realtek, then set it back to the one you want.

yeah i tried that and nothing happened, its like its sticking to the realtek one as default

iv tried to disable the realtek one and keep just the speakers but nothing happened, i also tried the different port on the front of my case and still nothing

Go to properties in the playback devices and check your levels or see if anything's been muted.
