Sound inside a browser

I've recently reinstalled windows and I'm now having an issue when playing videos, music and such inside of a browser.

The sound starts off fine but slowly drowns out into a high pitched sound of some sort.

I'm using Google Chrome, same issue in Firefox too.

Check to see if there are any updates for sound drivers.

move your mic or phone away from the speaker lol

It's nothing to do with my mic?

I've got all of the updated sound drivers.

Got onboard or sound card?
