Sound is popping

Hi recently came back from Germany and found that the sound is popping a lot.
This problem for me has started from when I upgraded to windows 10.
Does anyone know what I can do to make it normal again?

I also have a asus xonar dgx sound card

Uninstall and re-install the driver.

Just wish that this would go away. It causes lag in CS GO and Battlefield as well as youtube and twitch.

Iv tried changing all the default quality and the problem still occurs.
