Sound jack

Hi im wondering if its possible to get a sound jack that will support 2 inputs, so that i can plug in my Headset and Speakers and then the jack into the Soundcard. So i dont have to keep pulling out the headset jack when i wanna use my speakers.

Google 'Hama Cable Adapter 3.5mm Jack to 2 x 3.5mm Sockets' (Without the '), that may be helpfull.

No i think both will make sound at the same time
this is such an annoying flaw with sound cards all decent sound cards should have 2x analogue stereo out imo.Which software included to program it.
