Sound Mixer connection questions.

Edit: Looking around is the right section? The other sound thread seems to cater more to music, films etc. Not gear specifically.


Picked up an Omnitronic Sound Mixer SM 120 (Can't find much about the model at all) and looking around I need some kind of UCA connector? As it has no USB's on the back just lots of red/white connectors and mic plugins. Looking to hook it up to my PC for use with FL Studio. What exactly do I need?

Assuming this is all I need? I only have a Subwoofer and two tweeters so possibly looking at Monitor Speakers if they only hook it up this way.

I've really no knowledge about connections but it was £40 so couldn't say no.

why do you need a mixer?

You only need a mixer if you have loads of instruments ?keyboards you need to connect and you dont have the inputs on the your interface...

Ah, I thought the sound mixer was to "mix" the sound with effects, Woops. That's what it looked and sounded like anyway.

What's with the "..." at the end? I didn't know that's what it did until now, sorry for not knowing something.

Guessing I'm looking for a Synthesizer then? I already have a MIDI Keyboard.
