Sound Prob Helllllllllllllllllllllllllllpppp?

Hi,

I installed different audio codecs last weeks for video editing purposes...

Now I do not have sound with msn messenger or when Im browsing the net or when a block up is popped etc etc...

Its really annoying..so I uninstalled all the codecs I installed and unfortunately the sound never returned..

Please help me fix this prob
