Ok now im guessing this will be easy for you guys ....when i plug my headphones in my netbook i have sound coming through speakers (inbuilt) and headphones....how can i stop this?

go to your audio panel. hear you can change the settings for it. failing this id look under the control panel. i had the same issue once - it was one of these places but my memory isn't what it once was
