Anyone have any experience of these? My rackcase is in my bedroom and sounds like a jet aircraft. Some of the claim reckon a 95%+ noise decrease which seems some mighty claim. Orion do a 9U for £700 which fits my budget which makes these claims.
The bulk of the noise is the PSU which is next to impossible to change due to the case being so specific and I can not find any suitable replacement fans.
