sound proofing?

New neighbours have moved in, and I am very aware that any late night use of my pc and teamspeak is probably annoying to them, in that they are up at 5am most mornings for work. PC is by the wall that is right up against their bedroom... fail.

So... I can't move the PC anywhere else sensible. I can't ask them not to get up at 5am and thus go to bed later.

Thus I was thinking of doing something to try and soundproof the wall between us, so that any late night gaming won't annoy them. But what can I do???

interesting read on that sound proofing stuff there Dr.EM - as for egg boxes, I guess could try

Headphones lol, obv I use them, it's me talking on TS and typing that I think would annoy. they can def hear me a bit, because I can hear them / their telly before they go to sleep. They've not complained, I'm just trying to be decent and not annoy them!
