I have the steelseries arctis 5 plugged into my PC via USB but I will also have my phone on the desk streaming sports. Is is possible with some hardware device to have the headphones plugged into my PC for sound but also have the sound from my phone in the headphones too?

Not an ideal solution but you should be able to plug the phone into a line-in or mic socket and set it to monitor audio - but will probably produce an undesirable level of noise (hiss, etc.) unless you have a higher end audio implementation with a line-in.

Unless the USB device on the headphones is your only audio hardware.

If you don't have a line-in (better for this use than mic in) you can also pick up a cheap "USB Audio Capture Recorder Card" (just don't get one which has an amplified mic input).

As it doesn't look like OcUK sells similar - this is the kind of thing I'm talking about as an example https://smile.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B08CB764YV

You can then set the audio device to "Listen to this device" in its properties in the Windows Sound Recording Devices list and it will play in your headphones.

EDIT: That assumes the phone has a 3.5mm output otherwise you have to mess about with a dongle or bluetooth.

That's great thank you. Seems like this will do the job I want it to.
