Sound with fatality headset

i just plugged in fatality headset to watch some things and i cant get the sound high, its quiet, i have my sound on max in my sound control panel and on the media player, and on my headset volume control.......

is there any volume booster software ? or anything that i could check ?

yeh ive checked everything there, all is fine, its still very quiet, i put my other headphones in and its fine again
