Hi,
so bought a Hanspree HG324QJB gaming monitor. I use my Razer Man'o'War headset for all my gaming audio, but I wanted a monitor with built-in speakers just for ambient PC sounds really, didn't expect too much from it, but boy is this built-in one utter garbage. They may as well have not bothered.
So, to provide some half decent audio when watching AppleTV i'm thinking of a not too expensive soundbar. that i can tuck under the monitor. Not really got any room for a pair of stereo speakers unless someone wants to prove me wrong with a quality pair of tiny ones?
Needs to plug into the monitor NOT the pc.
Recommendations please.
Many thanks

Bought the Sony 2.1 but it's connected via optical.
There's few soundbar around that accept other connections.
After having issues with the on/off/volume of Logitech, decided to go for one of them and I'm happy with it so far.

What are you looking to spend?

There is a JBL Bar Studio for £100 that has analogue input that has got some good comments. I assume your monitor has analogue 3.5mm output?
