Hi , i have two Goodmans GDSB02BT20 soundbars, and in my bluetooth devices it says both are connected, and when the speakers are turned on, both soundbars say " connected ", but only one sound bar will play, anyone any ideas why, thanks in advance.

Hello, might be worth double-checking the manual to see if both are supported running at the same time. If so, I'd remove and re-connect from the bluetooth device list.
Most devices will only output to 1 speaker (I assume you have both of these connected to the same device via Bluetooth)
For example on Windows devices you can toggle between speakers like monitor, PC or built in laptop speakers etc.
This can be done with clicking on the speaker down the bottom right, clicking the current output and then selecting another from the list.
If you have both listed in the list then you are only going to be able to select 1 at a time, toggling to the other Bluetooth speaker should move the output to that.
As mentioned above, refer to the manual if its a feature of the speakers are they may need to be connected to each other for this to work (if even possible)
