Soundcard causing issues with headphones

I own an Asus Rog Xonar Phoebus 7.1 solo card.

Today for some reason it will only put the sound through the right earphone. I have tried putting my headphones into the motherboard and front and they still work. I have tried putting another headset into the headphones audio jack and it still only came through on the right headphone.

My speakers are still working from the soundcard which is a plus.

However anyone got a clue why it's doing this and how to possibly fix this. I've got no new software, and I even did a system restore just incase but nothing.

I suppose favourite has got to be that it's faulty.

Can you get your hands on another pair to see if the same thing happens?

I do have an old pair which I tried and the same issue cropped up. Spoke with OCUK and they said it sounds like there is an issue with the soundcard so i'm sending it back.

sounds like the headphone amp has partially blown

Have you tried reinstalling drivers/turning it off and on again?

I tried all of that Tubby. It's 11 months old so I'll be sending it back to hopefully be fixed/replaced.
