Sounds that relax you / make you sleepy

Hello, bit of an odd thread I know but laying in bed this morning hearing my Mrs typing ( cherry brown keys ) sent me off too sleep and it nearly always does or at least makes me really relaxed, forget the sound of ocean waves ect someone typing on a keyboard does it for me. It's a good job I don't work in a office I'd be asleep more than I would be awake lol.

So what sounds relax/ make you sleepy ?

Farting violently and hearing that deep sigh of disappointment from those around you.

Gentle waves, slow moving train track noise, in fact lots of sounds that increase and then slowly dissipate in a regular pattern.

Rain on the roof, not Raid as I originally typoed (I imagine that would be rather louder).

A computers' soft humming fans (not the delta screamers thank you!), to the point where I've been dozing and the cessation of that hum has woken me up.

I use White Noise and Airplane Travel. The constant hum blocks out the road noise from outside and keeps me sane.

My parents house which I grew up in has a small river running through the garden and the sound is beautifully relaxing. Ditto with rain.

Having tinnitus as I do the best is the sound of cicadas, their susurrus completely blanks out the squealing. Sadly the only time I've encountered them was when on holiday in Rhodes, but it was bliss, I managed to completely forgot about the condition and slept like a baby.
