Soup Freezability

Hey,

Can someone please tell me if lentil soup with the following in will freeze ok?

- Red Lentils
- Onions
- Stock
- Lemon juice/rind
- Garlic
- Spices

Also would a fairly standard chickpea soup freeze ok?

Probably a stupid question but wanted to check

Yeah, soup is great to freeze. A good idea is to freeze it in bags, a portion in each to make it easier for you.

Soup freezes well as long as it doesn't contain potatoes.

Yeah i dont see why not as mentioned by another member if it doesn't contain potatoes or carrots cos they tend to go all horrible
