Has anyone tried this and does it look much different to the non beta engine?

Ive just tried css and its running a lot smoother with sli enabled, and the vsync issues seem to have been sorted. No problems with it at all, and my fps is the same

Doubt they'll really add any visual stuff in these betas, only work on making the engine a lot more efficient etc mainly, and support hardware and drivers better.

wherent all the fixes in that released ages ago?
