With the exception of one place, every biltong shop I've ever known has allowed you to specify... and the only reason one was the exception, was because they got so popular it was more a case of whatever they had left.

Was parked outside of BestBiltong The South African Shop in Guildford earlier.. they have lots of biltong and stuff hanging. Thought of this thread and oddly Diddums for some reason!

Thank you for reviving this thread! I didn't know it existed and have been struggling to find good 'wors for a braai!
We get pretty good droewors and biltong from Country Butchers in Harrogate but they don't deliver.

Pretty sure Biltong and Bangers will post you some wors.

I dont think they do delivery sadly but Hillray in Gloucester are fantastic.

Can confirm, best biltong I have had in the UK, with Snoggys and Hunters next in line. Savanna is horrid.

Lidl have Boerewors, it's an unreliable supplier but I always check if it's in stock. I think I'll have a go at making my own this year.

I've just struggled to find good sized sausage casing. Skinny wors isn't wors...should be on a t-shirt.
