South Korean series/cinema (such as Alchemy of Souls)

I have to say with the likes of Squid Game and Alchemy of souls, I've become quite a fan (and so has the mrs). Maybe we get the best cream of the crop on Netflix I don't know.

Any others out series/cinema out there as good?

Kingdom is very good, which is a series on Netflix.

Train to Busan of course, excellent zombie film.

Yes, we started watching it (it took a couple of episodes to get into it) but the initial story line isn't the final one. Two series later and the main story line is done but season three is a bit like return of the Jedi.

Cast good, script good (there's a little humour in there) and it doesn't seem to get boring once it starts accelerating.

Mrs loved Parasite too. I didn't get to watch it unfortunately.

I really think K Dramas are some of the best content on Netflix. Some weeks i watch nothing but K Dramas….one thing to note though, they tend to be really long, each episode are like 75-80min long, it’s like a movie.

If you like coming of age dramas, i really like Twenty Five/Twenty One. One of my favourite series this year.

to add to what raymond mention, kdrama will generally 8-20 episode long but have been know to have long run first season but it rare, episode have runtime between 55-90 minutes at most, they are some series are 30min long but when on streaming service the episode has been double up so 1&2 make 1 episode for exmaple my secret terrius had it episode double up. here list of various kdramas
