South Park Movie question

When Kenny gets dragged down to hell someone says 'Hey ****face, have you seen Gracey?'. Who says this and why? It always makes me laugh but I don't know what it means.

In South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut, George Burns appears briefly when Kenny goes to Hell. Along with Adolf Hitler and Mahatma Gandhi, he is a ghost who talks to Kenny, and is heard saying, "Hey, ****face, you seen Gracie?"
