I’m in Highfield, near the crown pub, yeah there is a bit of a problem around the flowers estate and where you are, I’m hoping to work with those kids at some point, what a tough job that will be, one of the problems is that they have a real disrespect for everyone and even more so for students, and seem to label anyone who is around that age and not dressed or acting like them ‘student scum’ quite ironic really

I used to live in Heatherdeane road, opposite the highfield pub. That was a nice part of Southampton, I never experienced any crime and it wasn't a cut through to anywhere so there was very little traffic, few pedestrians even apart from students going to lectures. Probably explains why rent was too expensive to affoard living there another year...

yeah i know what you mean, I’m a tiny coldasack (can’t spell!!!!) right next to the crown, i have not experienced any trouble there in 3 years apart from a kid throwing a snowball at my car

- it's a nice area backing onto a bad area, so you will always get an overspill i guess
