I will have 3 SP120 Quiet Editions on a 360 rad, and will power them from a Lamptron FC6. I want to add 3 fans on one channel, but want to make sure I'm not going to destroy the Lamptron unit...

Although the description says "up to 20 watts per channel", the instructions that came with the unit say "up to 10 watts per channel".

Anyway...

My thinking is : Power draw @ 12v = 0.08A per fan. So, 0.08*3 = 0.24.

Wattage = Voltage * Current :: 12*0.24 = 3 Watts.

Are my sums right? 3 fans over one channel no problem?

Looks good to me.

I wouldn't worry about it, I have an FC6 you can chain ALL your fans in your pc to one channel and still have room for more.

I could run my 6x120mm, 1x200mm, pump and LED lights from 1 channel and still have 10w headroom to put it into perspective :)
