Working in blockbuster I see plenty of licenses when people use them to open accounts (proof of address etc), today I saw one with an SP30 and an SP60.

I looked these up and found the SP30 is "Exceeding statutory speed limit on public road" - fair enough.
but the SP60 is defined as "Undefined speed limit offence".

What is the difference? Or given that an SP50 is for exceeding a motorway speed limit, what could a SP60 be given for?

I got an SP60 for speeding in roadworks on a motorway. (I was actually past the roadworks and the road was back to 3 full width lanes I just hadn't got to the NSL sign yet before I get burned at the stake ;))
