Space bar rattling...

Got a Sidewinder keyboard a few weeks ago and have just noticed a rattling coming from the space bar.

Not sure if this is normal?

I have two Sidewinder X4s and the space bars make a more "rattly" noise than the other keys.

It's quite audible when typing and especially when I tap the wrist support part of the keyboard. Is yours the same?

The space bars on mine are both more rattly than the other keys when typing.

The space bar on the keyboard I use all the time (and it's had a fair amount of use over a couple of years) makes a bit of a rattling noise if I tap on the wrist wrest.

The space bar on the other one (same age but little used) doesn't rattle if I tap on the wrist wrest.

Well mine is pretty new so I don't think it should be rattling....

If you're not happy with it then see if they'll accept it as faulty.

Or perhaps wait for some other experiences to be posted.

Perhaps that's just how some are.

I think I would have noticed it beforehand.
