Space Black M3 MBP Scratch

So I finally made a little scratch in my previously pristine M3max MBP by bumping into a door revealing a tiny bit of shiny metal.

It was bugging me so I drew over it with a sharpie and wiped off the excess. Now it’s not visible.

Just wondered if there is a better and more permanent solution?

Small update - the sharpie trick worked so well that I can't even find the scratch again. I'm sure it's inevitable through use but this is a handy tip for anybody who damages the finish. Still interested to know if anybody has a better option, but I hope this helps anyone who scratches their finish. I do miss that with my old unibody MBP I could just buff out minor cosmetic damage.

This is hilarious. I hadn't heard of the sharpie trick but I have about 15 scratches on my MBP. Be right back, off to buy a sharpie...

I’m totally going to try this on mine now. I have two teeny tiny scratches on the lid.
