Only just started playing this but got an issue with a basic assembler says it's not connected to a computer

I'm on earth like plant with a base 3x3 with a wind generator in the middle 6 stacks up

Still says it's not connected to a computer even with the survival kit placed next to it any ideas? Tried googling but no answer

It doesn`t need to be connected to a computer?

Its possible you dont have enough power, try another wind turbine, spaced about 6 apart

Is there a thread for this game? Looking into buying it as on sale on steam. Is the base game fit e enough to start with or worth buying g up some of the dlc? I see on some key sites the deluxe edition can be had for £10
