Is it really necessary for this man to lose his job via a witch hunt? Yes it was inappropriate but to me there looked like no malice, he wouldn't have got a sexual thrill out of it. He just looked very happy and expressed his gratitude in that way. I've seen male players do it to other males occasionally. I also wonder if it was a female kissing a male would there be the same fuss.
It wasn't a snog, it didn't look sexual to me, he didn't grab her bits. Yes tell him off as the player has said she was uncomfortable with it, warn him to never repeat it. But to lose a job over it?
