Anyone know if there's a website(s) that I can enter either an IP address or Exchange server name and see if we're on a blacklist?

We've sent a few emails out to some clients but they've been refused and we're wondering why we've gone onto a blacklist.

Everyone of the 'blocked' emails is a BT customer, but can't seem to see where to test and indeed to say "Oi, BT, we're not spammers"

Any thoughts?

Basic stuff but does your Exchange server have a reverse PTR and a hostname which resolves?

Cheers folks, will look into them.

We've narrowed it down a bit. BT Connect customers get our emails, but BT Internet don't! Bit weird.

Basic!! :p No idea mate, I'm not a techie. All I know is that the emails are sent via an IronPort system.

If you want to send an email to [email protected] from the system (reference OcUK in the subject line) I'll tell you if anything is obviously wrong with it which would cause BT to reject.
