spam email

I use Gmail and this afternoon I have has 2 weird emails arrive with Undeliverable Email as the title and

then eM4 is unable to deliver your message "Two more days of generous discounts left" to [email protected]. The server responded - 550 5.7.1 Requested action not taken: message refused

I use a catch all address so anything coming to my domain gets forwarded to me in the to address of the emails its randomnumbers and letters @mydomain and in the from field its [email protected] or the other one was blank. Also they have just arrived now but the time stamp it 10:48.

I have changed my password is there anything else I should do?
Im confused is this people spamming me or has someone hacked my site/account and Im now spamming people and there are the ones that have been returned?

just spoofing your from address, isn't it? I had the same problem and had to turn off my catch-all so I dont get back-scatter spammed
