Spam wont stop

Hi,

I am using Outlook 2016 for my e mail and keep getting junk mail from a company called "MyShowcase" Every time I get an e mail from them I mark as junk and tell Outlook to mark all e mails from "MyShowcase" as junk but the emails keep arriving in my in box. How does these e mail by pass the junk mail settings? :confused:
 
It's possible that the messages aren't all coming from the same sender even though they have the same name which is why it's not being routed to the junk folder.
 
Have you heard of "Mailwasher" Awesome piece of software which I have been using for god knows how long.

You can check, delete any mail before downloading its via your preferred mail program and it auto set up will copy any accounts from your E-Mail Client to save you the set up hassle.

Free version allows for 1 E-Mail Address, Pro Version allows multiple E-Mail addresses.

Most mail is labelled as spam until you start filtering them as friends / not spam and such.
 
Is this a BT addy? their anti-spam system seems to have failed yet again for the 3rd or 4th time in as many months deluging the inbox with spam that shouldn't be reaching it :|
 
Put a rule in place in outlook which classifies messages containing "MyShowcase" as spam?
