how can i get rid of it, i get anywhere from 10-50 spam emails a day.

its not a yahoo or hotmail account, its a pop3 account which i am using in outlook.

theres no point in adding the email addys of the spammers to the built in outlook filter and telling it to delete em as they almost always reply with new ones.

im getting the same at the minute.. yahoo is pulling in loads of spam even with the bulkmail filter turned on..

I download the messages into outlook via pop3.. i thought it would just download from the inbox but it pulls in the spam from the bulk mail folder and then kaspersky alerts me of all my junk mail. Well annoying!

Would appreciate any solutions

I have been using spampal it is a great little program that sits between your pop3 client and and the server on your machine and identifies spam. It marks so it can be filtered in to a different folder for you to delete or read,

I found it works better than thunderbird spam filter

thx for the link, just installed it. looks like itll do the job, easy to setup and only uses 2mb of ram.
