Spamkiller is pants

My mcafee spamkiller is a bit pants. I usually use stuff in the subject lines to filter the spam but even if I cut n paste it, so it's exactly the same. I still gets loads more identical ones??? Any recommendations for a good spamkiller that actually WORKS!?

What mail client are you using? Personally I've never found anything wrong with the one built in to Outlook

I'm using outlook as well. I add senders to the junk mail on that too but it still don't make any difference Am I doing somthing or have a setting wrong?
