Spanning a pdf across multiple pages?

Ive got a huge PDF document that I need printing. the problem is that is quite big, with a lot of small text on. is it possible somehow to print the document out and have it spanning multiple A4 pages so that you can read the writing?

Go to print setup, at the printer drop down, click Properties.
On the layout tab there should be a drop down box stating how pages per side you want, goes up to 16

Think hes trying to do the opposite and enlarge one pdf page so it fits on say four A4 pieces of paper put together. At least thats how i read it. :confused:

Ah right, you could try Poster Print layout, again same place at the "Layout Tab" on the drop down box where Multiple Pages per Side is.

Cheers guys. Got it sorted in the end with a bit of photoshop cut and paste action, but thats usefull to know for the future.
