Spare key and remote fob

Been looking for a spare key for my car 'just in case' as I only have the one...

Any good? Or where's the best place to get a blank key?

Also, perhaps more importantly, my alarm/immob is a GT136/142 Cat 1 system but again, I only have 1 remote fob. Is it possible to get another for a spare? It would have to be coded somehow I guess but I don't know if this can be done?

Blank key you may be able to get from a honda dealer for just a few quid. Places like mister minit etc should be able to cut it. As for coding it can vary car to car, my mondeo for example you can code it using a sequence of key turns and fob presses if you have the master key.
