Hi All,

I have a 2ton low profile (SGS) trolley jack that I've had a number of years. Their customer service is terrible and won't reply.

Its broken the tiniest piece of metal and I don't want to bin 15kg of perfectly good product to buy a new one - but I really can't find anyway to source the broken piece.

Can anyone help? Even naming the piece might help me find it.

In the pictures below its the little metal 'bracket' next to my index finger. Its function is to pull the hydraulic pin back up on the return stroke of the handle. E.g. without it, I can do one full stroke and then the pin is stuck at the bottom.

Cheers!

I can’t help you but our company does use another company to do repairs on all our customers jacks and hydraulic cylinders. He might be able to help.

His name is James and he’s a very nice and knowledgeable fella.

Part arrived Saturday and 1minute fitted today. Works perfectly.

Thank you to everyone. Trolley jack back up and running for <£3 (and <1.5week week shipping from china?!). Also saved needless waste over buying a new one.
