Spare parts

Just wondering, I’m having a PC built but OC. Will I receive any spare parts that come with what I’ve bought? Example I think the case I’ve ordered is meant to include a bracket to put in top fans, and also the 3700x comes with the wraith prism cooler but I’ve purchased another. Will I be given the wraith cooler n the other spare seeing as I’ve paid for them?..

Take things into your own hands and ask for them. I know I would.
