Spare t2300 cpu, what matx mobo ?

as title, have a spare core duo skt479 chip, a 7900gt and 2 gig ddr400

any suitable matx mobo that will utilise my additional kit or am I forced to get ddr2 ?

plan to put it in a sugo

of the aforementioned do any come in under £100 and allow me some reasonable overclocking options, iirc the Asus does not allow vcore adjustment
