Is it possible to RMA directly to Sparkle? The only contact details I can find are for Taiwan and the US. Does anyone know how to RMA to them in the UK?
 
OcUK, but I don’t believe you are allowed to talk about the shop on the forums, so I will just say that my only option seems to be to deal directly with the manufacturer.

There must be somewhere to contact Sparkle in the UK?
