According to IGN and also featured on Starz website, Ubisoft has announced an upcoming fighting game called Spartacus Legends, based on the popular TV series.

The gladiatorial beat 'em up promises "primeval gladiator moments, from training inside the ludus to brutal battles in the arena, all while striving to become a legend.


I love the show, especially the first season so I'd love to have a play of this. Not expected for release until winter 2013. I just hope they do a good job of it.

hmm... looks interesting. i too love the show, but i'm sceptical if the game will manage to capture the awesomeness of the political backstabbing etc, and the razor sharp dialogue which make the show awesome? the combat is great but it's not the biggest strength of the show

Fingers crossed the game developers realise that conversation between 2 gentlemen when naked, can be filmed from chest upwards...
