'Spartan Training' and varied routine

That looks absolutely amazing, i love the different techniques they use. Wouldn't mind training like that, must make the human body amazingly strong.

That's what I'm wondering. I know that since climbing (something that requires an amazing diversity of strong muscular movements) my bench has increased from something measly to a point where it is now getting respectible. With running, I try to vary my routine for best results.
 
Cool, that looks pretty hardcore, wouldn't mind having a bash at that myself. If you haven't vomited, you haven't worked out hard enough. :)
