just got some for some speakers. i am guessing it doesnt matter but...

Gold and Silver - which is positive and which is negitive. i am guessing as long as i use the same when connecting to the amp it doesnt matter

Here is better, and it shouldn't matter either way.

i.e. +ve to +ve, -ve to -ve.

If your linking up a subwoofer or a powerful bass tube, sometimes when the polarity is incorrect you get a delayed bass beat. All the actions are reversed, but it shouldnt really matter, just a pointer.

doesnt matter but I like to use silver for negative and gold for positive
