Speaker doesnt work? Need help!

Hi all. I have a set of Creative Inspire 5.1 P5800 Speakers with a dfi expert mobo. I have them set up correctly, im sure. But i cant get the centre speaker to work.

When i go through the nvidia nvmixer wizard and set up the speakers it works when the wizard is testing each speaker. But it doesnt work when im playing music ect!?

Any ideas anyone?

It cant be the connection because 1) i have already checked and there ok and 2) when i run through the wizard the speaker gives me sound.

Any other ideas?
